I’m so glad to see winter has nearly gone and I’m anticipating my warm overseas trip so much now, but I had to insure this knitted coat got a few more wears. Melbourne has such unpredictable weather that I think I will have a few more chances to wear it when we get back just towards the end of Spring. There’s my silver lining right there! 🙂
As you know by now my wardrobe consisted of lots of this beautiful blush colour the past season. I knew I needed a coat for winter and I wanted something different to my usual black or grey and this baby was a winner! Anything looks super long (yup, vertically challenged 🙂 ) on me and I was worried this knitted coat would too, but as soon as I tried it on, it was love. There is something just so comforting about warm winter knits so the length didn’t bother me too much for a change. Who knows, I may even live a little and get an even longer duster coat soon- Go me! This knitted coat is the most perfect ‘in-between coat and cardigan’ piece making it so easy to wear while being simple and chic! I have also styled it with a black T shirt dress and ankle boots for a night out.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope your on your way to somewhere warm too! Scroll down for full outfit details. tsj xx
