It’s no secret I’m having an overall appreciation going on right now. I just find them so much fun to wear and the perfect alternative from the standard skirt/top, jeans/top combo and edgier then a jumpsuit. This one in particular is more on the dressy side as it’s made of full 100% silk. Silk is light and this is especially great when the Melbourne weather can throw a curve ball at you at any moment!
I really enjoyed teaming gold tones with the deep navy of these overalls. I’m currently in the midst of a gold obsession now too, which suits the street luxe look that is a part of my style.
I think the best way to rock overalls is with the underneath top being more of a snug fit or a crop to ensure the overalls are the main feature of your look. In saying that, for a more daytime or casual look, I have worn my denim ones with a loose longer sleeve top, which I think looks cute too. 🙂
